Witch & Wizard
The summary of the first nine chapters in Witch & Wizard Is a sort of difficult one to explain. In the beginning of the book it starts out a little funny. Then, it gets into how the cops just brake down the door and the two main characters(A brother and a sister)get arrested. When the cops are taking them some odd things start to happen. Then they hear a kid they know from school come on the front door. In a uniform and he reads off a a paper and accuses them of being a Witch & Wizard. They don't understand why they are being taken away.In the next part of the section I read they are in a van with no windows. Finally, they get taken out of the van and lots of big guards surrounded them. They took the one thing each they were allowed to take. A old not written in book and a old drumstick. When they were marched into their cells there were also other kids to. Whit tried to calm his sister by saying they would get out of their, but a kid told him otherwise. The kid said that they would never get out of here until their trial. I believe that the drumstick is a wand and the book is a spell book and that they will almost get hung but they save themselves.

There was so much that happened in between the last time I blogged about Witch & Wizard. The last time I blogged it was about what happened in chapters 1-9. They meet The One Who Is The Judge and he also declares them guilty. how could he declare them guilty when they don't even have any evidence. Then he asked the "jury" and they all held their thumbs down like in a frown sign. Whit and Whisty both started arguing with the The One Who Is The Judge and he throws the little hammer thing he has at them Whit holds his hand up and the small hammer stopped and stayed in place.
Also where is Celia and how can she connect with Whit. I wonder if she is a witch to and she is using a spell to connect with Whit. Maybe she is is on the run from the New Order and that is why she cant talk for long. Why doesn't she save them. She probably was in the same place and escaped. Or maybe she is an actress hired by the New Order and she is supposed lure him into the New Order. She might try to convince him to help the New Order.

From chapter 18 I read to chapter 70. Last post I said a lot happened between chapter 9 to 18. Disregard that and now listen to this AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT HAPPENED in this chapter. It turns out that Celia is dead, but shes not really dead shes a half light. She lives in an underworld and there are five different worlds. The new order is trying to take over all of them. Celia finds a portal into the place where they are being kept. She goes in finds them and explains what she could to them about what she is and what they are. They get out of their holding cell and they run at were they get food. That's where the portal is in the place where they are being held. As they run, the dogs start to chase them and Whisty uses some magic and the dogs freeze in place. When they run through the portal they find a dog jumped through with them. They are guided through thre under world and meet a troop of N.O. troops. whit speeds around useing his powers and he beats them up. They travel through another level of the world and then they find themselves in a town that they could tell was being bombed. They go inside and they find hundred of other people they go see the leader of the week. They have a mission to go on so they get dressed up and go to the city of progress. Then they stop in a dinner and a lady accuses Whit and Whisty of being a witch and wizard.

From chapter 70 I read to the end of the book. Before this post I have just been posting on this book, but now that I have finnished the book I strongly encourage you to read this phenomenal book. It was full of Adventure, romance, danger and so much more. I left off at the woman accusing Whit and Whisty of being a witch and wizard. They of course declined and as they were walking out Wisty made a fork fly at her own hand and the gaurds thought that the other lady did. They made it through and they did everything they needed to in the city I really don't want to give away any more from the book so I will stop right now. I really hope that you will go out and you will buy this book. No matter who you are I am positive that you will love this book. I will give you a hint about the book. In the end they meet the one who is the one. Wisty is unconscious and whit still cant figure out how to control his powers yet. The one who is the one is completely all powerful. Whats he going to do? reply to this by commenting on this question and i'm sure that I will get back to you on that. Also tell me if you have read this book and tell me what you thought about it.

Hey I'm back and I hope that you commented on my previous blog. Well, it doesn't matter because I just started the next book in the series. The Gift. A great book I have read up to chapter 36. In the begining they start out by telling you that the New Order is in more control than ever before. The N.O. Has banned all imagination, all creativity and everything else that might influence that. Such as books. All of the books they can get their hands on, which is all of them, are going top be burned. She runs into the lady that almost got her arrested in the diner. Then out of nowhere the phone in her pocket buzzes. In her moms hand writing it says "go with her". She has a conversation with her mom, and then she goes to the ladies apartment. its littered with art of all kind, Music, and most of all books. The lady gives her a paper and sends her on her way. On the paper is a piece of music. When she arrives at the diner she sees the guy Eric, the wand thief, and heads toward him. People from the new order grab her. Whit runs in and tries to save her but men grab him as well.

Freak the Mighty
I liked the book freak the mighty very much because of not the story line but the meaning of the story. I don't believe that I would change the book at all, the book was truly beautiful. The book really struck me hard, of how you could be so much on the inside and so insignificant on the out side. When I was done reading this book one phrase came to mind. The phrase that I thought of was what I think the author was trying for. A quote that you will hear often hear but put no thought into "Don't judge a book by it's cover."
My favorite character in the whole book had to have been Max. I know that's is what most people would say, and it's true but the reason I have is because Max had the courage he had the ability to accept it and to get his emotions out he wrote. Not how he felt, not some made up story, no he wrote from his heart the story of freak the mighty. And the adventures that they went on and the fun they had. If you read any story that came from the heart then you are a lucky person. This book came from the heart and so did the characters that's why Max is my favorite.
The events in this story might happen, Though it is unlikely all of these scenarios are possible. Kevin condition is actually a medical condition that has happened before, but I don't know about his brains. Max, well actually I know a kid like that in sixth grade actually I know two kids like that. Also I know that some kids dads that are in jail, and I am sad but it's very true and only some can control themselves like Max. Then when it comes to some of the finer details I don't believe it possible to happen. For example Kevin's dad is a magician. But it is possible
The part of the book that I like the most was the part where Max is in the down under for days just doing nothing not going anywhere or doing anything. You have to wonder how he felt. Losing the only friend that he ever had must have been horrible. Losing the person that gave him a brain, the person that taught him to do anything he wanted, taught him to remember. Losing Freak must have been like losing half of himself because to Max that probably what it was. Freak the might was then only the mighty.
The character I could most connect with in this book was probably Grim. I know that it's weird but when I found out that Killer Kane was getting out of jail I was thinking the exact same thing that Grim thought. And even though he was a downer and most likely grim all the time I think that if he were real we would be on the same page most of the time. I would recommend this book to anyone. The book might have a sad ending but the book is really a great book, Wonderful in every aspect, Freak the Mighty.
